Emergency Flushing In the Upper Zone

Flushing has been completed. Residents who are still experiencing discoloured water can now flush their service lines by running cold water for 10 minutes or until clear. Avoid using hot water until the minerals have passed through.

Due to an incident in the Dougall Road South area, causing discoloured water to many residents, our technicians are working hard to flush the water mains in the upper zone of Rutland (Dougall Rd S, Rutland Rd S, Robson Rd, Holbrook Rd, Mallach Rd). We will provide an update as soon as possible. In the meantime, please avoid using any hot water.
