Rutland Waterworks District Extends Temporary Office Closure

As the COVID-19 outbreak continues, RWD will be extending the temporary office closure until further notice.

Rutland Waterworks District will not be accepting walk-in traffic at the administrative offices for bill payments or inquiries. It will also pause all nonessential services that interact directly with the public, such as meter repairs, until further notice. 

Rutland Waterworks District would like to assure its customers that water service to your homes is not at risk. Staff will continue to work to ensure your water is delivered to your home in the same safe manner that you have come to expect. 

The general public phone line of 250-765-5218 will still continue to be operational during office hours from 8:30am to 4:00pm on Monday to Friday. Customers can still pay bills through the payment slot at the administration office, through the online payment system or at any financial institution. 

Emergency services, such as water main repairs, will continue to be serviced. Customers who wish to contact Rutland Waterworks District outside of office hours in the event of water service interruption or any other emergency may call the emergency call-out line at 250-861-4298.
