Important Account Information for Customers Who Pay Quarterly Water Bills

Customers who pay quarterly water bills have 2 accounts.

Account 1 – Quarterly Water Bill (four bills annually)

Account 2 – Annual Parcel Tax (sent out in September, payable by October 31^st)

You may have been paying the wrong account, but our accounting department caught the error and fixed it in the background. Unfortunately, due to the increase of customers, we can no longer continue with this procedure.

Please review your payment information for accurate payment allocation.
